BUSINESS DIAGNOSTIC WORKSHOP
A half-day to work out what matters most.
Work through the sales, delivery and commercial pressures behind busy projects, squeezed margins and too many decisions depending on you.

Understand what is holding growth back—and where to act.
Designed for owners and leadership teams of technology implementation and consulting partners, this workshop uses the Forging Growth framework to examine how your business wins work, delivers value and creates the conditions for sustainable growth.
We explore how commercial priorities, operating practices and leadership decisions connect—and where they work against each other. A sales opportunity may stretch delivery capacity. Growth may increase the number of decisions that depend on the owner. Established routines may no longer support the business you are trying to build.
The framework helps you look beyond individual problems to understand the constraints behind them. Together, we identify what needs attention, make the trade-offs explicit and agree a manageable set of priorities, with clear ownership and practical next steps.
How the engagement works.
Before the session
Agree the question, participants and format. Bring the information you already use to manage sales, projects, team capacity and cashflow.
During the half-day
Work through how sales, project scope, delivery and billing connect. Identify where margins or capacity are being lost and where decisions keep returning to you.
At the close
Agree one to three priorities and practical next steps. Identify who will lead each action, when to review progress and any questions to investigate further.
Understand the pressures. Decide what to strengthen.
The half-day workshop uses the Forging Growth framework to examine your business, agree priorities and identify practical next steps.
1. Material
Understand the business you have and what you want to build.
2. Heat
Identify changing conditions and pressures across sales, delivery and cashflow.
3. Forge
Decide what to strengthen and how work, capacity or responsibilities should change.
4. Temper
Make improvements sustainable through sound economics and practical ways of working.
5. Sharpen
Review performance and the choices a stronger business creates for its owner.
The workshop covers Material and Heat and begins Forge, giving you clearer priorities and practical next steps. Temper and Sharpen guide implementation and review as you put those decisions into practice.
What you’ll leave with
A clearer picture
Understand what is affecting sales, delivery, margins and cashflow.
Focused priorities
Agree the one to three improvements that matter most.
Practical next steps
Identify actions, who will lead them and when to review progress.
Who should be involved?
The owner and people closest to sales, customer relationships, delivery and cashflow. We agree a suitable group and format during the initial conversation.
You do not need a perfect dataset. Bring what you have; gaps are part of the diagnosis.
What needs to become easier in your business?
Tell Cam where sales, delivery, margins or cashflow are putting pressure on your business. Start with a conversation about the issue and whether a workshop or focused advisory support would help.
